Would someone please tell me where our channel changer, telephone, and most importantly my camera battery charger are?
Have they been borrowed by bowerers? Or maybe carried off by a member of the zoo? Or maybe they just evaporated into thin air?
The two most likely places for electronic doo-dads to disappear to would be the black hole of the boys' bedroom. But alas, we went through every tub, every container, every blanket, every piece of clothing lying every place and came up empty-handed.
The second most logical place would be the playroom/tv room/book room/hang-out room. I did sweep a large pile of debris from behind the couch, but alas, not anything I was looking for.
After 6 hours of searching....nothing. NOTHING!
I can't download pictures because my camera battery is dead, or I'd download a picture of me with a big ole' frown on my face. Instead I think I'll go look for chocolate....
Sighh....... Sympathy anyone?

I bet you know where all the chocolate is! Where does that other stuff go?
Maybe Audrey's camera battery charger is off cavorting with yours? You have my sympathy!
Not to mention that I will leave you with the mental image of me galloping through the house with my pregnant self and a limp -- trying to find at least one of the three cordless phones that were all ringing simultaneously from their places of hiding...
I assume you have called yourself from the cell to make the cordless phone ring? Maybe turn off the other phones first? Unless the cordless battery is dead too...
The pathetic thing is that when we find this stuff we feel like we've won the lottery or something!
Good Luck

One way to keep track of something is to put a very long thick cord on it, attached to something immovable in the room it belongs in, so it can't be carried out. (I'm only half joking). Have you scoped the back yard? Sadie & Victoria are good scavengers. And don't forget, there are a couple of absendminded males in the house. (I'm glad I never venture into your back spaces, or I would be accused of forgetting where I put them.) Maybe our resident ghost is back. LOL
Ha, maybe you have a secret keeper over there. Did you check the big box under the bed?
I lost my reading glasses last year. Ten months later, I got the hats and gloves box down out of the attic and lo and behold! There were my reading glasses.
The other place to find lost and forgotten items in our home is Joshua's "special box" that he keeps under Matthew's crib. It's a fabric storage crate--I just went to help him find something he had lost and found all kinds of Carrie's and William's things. He just laughed awkwardly.
I'm not much help in this area. It seems that my house is falling in around me lately.
Let us know when and where you find these things. I'm sure it will make a pretty entertaining blog post! :)
Love,
Jodi
Stand the couches on END and shake 'em! =)
(Did you find any of them yet? lol)
Have you checked the compost? I lost my keys and a cordless phone in the compost pile. No, I'm not kidding.
Happens to me WAY too often :S
did you find any of them yet? you have my sympathy...shows us how dependent we are on that crazy stuff. huh?
hope you are doing well. miss talking to you.
the red-headed stepsister...LY :)
the real question is WHERE OH WHERE ARE YOU?
