What Happens When....

What Happens When....
You put together a 6 year old boy, his big brother and a bicycle...

Congratulations, Seth!

Welcome to the world of bikes!

What Happens When.......

You put a 12 year old boy and a 6 month old puppy together.......

They bond.

What Happens When.....

A ten year old spends nine years walking on her tip-toes.....

I'm so sorry, honey!

But they look nice!

Kinda.......Sorta.........

Happy 4th of July to you and yours everyone. Celebrate the freedoms we have to ride bikes, cuddle with dogs, and to be able to get the health care we need for our children, ourselves, and our parents.

Can I sign Sophie's casts? They do look very nice, and clean.

Happy 4th of July to you too Sherry.

Your children look very content.

Tell Sophie that she isn't the only one in a cast on this fourth. A friend of mine has a stress fracture in her tibia so she has one of these. Her cast is blue.

happy 4th-

and once they learn how to ride that bike- well, around here, then they are ALWAYS on a bike....and soon asking for the car keys lol

Oh my goodness! What happened - did the muscles grow funny from walking on tiptoes? Did she walk on them on purpose? Jeez.

Oh, poor Sophie! What did they have to do BEFORE putting on the casts?

So far Sophie is being a good sport (1 day later) about her "new shoes". Does she realise she can't go swimming, she might itch, etc? She can't climb to the top of her bunk bed so she has an air mattress (which to me is better than sleeping a foot from the ceiling). Oh well, this too shall pass.

Wow! I am sure that this is going to be very hard for Sophie to learn to walk in a new way for her. How long will she be in these casts? I am soooo glad she did this. I was getting worried about her. The pro side is that with her toes the way they were... she could polish her toe nails without having to put cotton between the toes.lol. Sherry, Aren't you surprised I am reading your blog. You just never know. Leigh

If I had know you needed a matress, I could have let you have Laura's. Hopefully this will work and she won't have to wear them again. congratulations, Seth!.
